What does this have to do with pings?

Kooky's reference was mildly obscure, but basically MS brought a Wellington based Cloud company, and will integrate it into it's Azure platform. Kooky is suggesting/hoping that this will result in a WELLINGTON based Azure data center,  leading to NZ hosted instances of TitanFall, and hence better pings.

Green Button is a software company specializing in cloud computing.

They don't host servers.
