Basic description: Random item give away, 12 Days before xmas

Details
For the duration of the run time, we will be giving away items to 2 randomly selected people 2 times per day. On all servers.
The items may range from scrap metal to random weapons or hats. Could be good, but also could be crap.
The only requirement to qualify for this promo is that users must be in a server.
Times will be random, but usually between 4pm and 11pm, with the possibility of an extra between 12pm and 4pm in the weekend.
*Promotion may alter over the time of the event.
