Mute and gag problem.

Yeah hey. I was a victim of the lenny face bind (it's my k button and l is my suicide one so SOMETIMES I MISPRESS THEM.) Basically I got muted and gagged for the time being and then I lost connection.... After I tried to join again it came up with a brief message saying 
"DON'T SPAM LENNY FACES" Which I NEVER DID after that it basically kicked me again. So I rejoined and waited for the mute to expire, I waited I kid you not 1 whole hour playing and the mute and gag never expired! I then got one of my friends to contact an admin. The admin then contacted Gutty, he said I'd be perm banned for the time being, I agreed to see if it would fix things. I only was perm banned for a day. I come back on and I am not unmuted or ungagged. Please help me out here my steam name is

Mute and gag are under the old name, check the SteamID to find that name.

ok so I have unsilenced you.

I suggest not using lenny faces or any other spamming faces, in binds or even name. our systems detect most known faces, so we know when they are being done and by whom.

you are warned every time you place a bind of a lenny face.

most cases where it turns into a permanent fixture, is because you would of spammed many in a row.
