Title: Photo Advisor
Post by: genienz on June 10, 2014, 04:18:33 pm
Digital camera world have a section each month called "photo advisor".

What are the chances of doing similar here and tapping into the experience that abounds in the "cool photos" thread?

Surely I'm not the only noob in the photo world.

Here's a start......

Photo 1: somehow I have made it look raised rather than an imprint in the sand. I don't know how I did it or how to replicate it.
Photo 2: was taken through a cockpit window. Is there anyway of focusing so that it is not so fuzzy?
Photo 3: An attempt at coconut palm meets the southern cross but the palm looks out of focus due to the long exposure time.(http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/841/1huch.jpg) (https://imageshack.com/i/nd1huchj)

its the shading of the image . if you study it a little harder it takes form ;)

Photoshop CC has a motion fix thingee filter in it

both will always look out of focus . needs to be created with 2 images ... one focused on palm on on starts and then layer and  mask ... rinse and repeat as necessary

Cool images tho Genie

Thanks for taking the time to reply deadmeat, it's much appreciated.
I'm still searching for a course that fits into my shift work.
