Title: adding vote kick to bf3 TDM

as you admins are all aware your GetSome.co.nz | 24/7 NOSHAHR | 200% Tick server is allmost allways got hackers on it and there are no way to get rid of them alot of servers have !votekick and !voteban commands but this one dosent and its got more daily hackers on it than any other bf3 server avalible so my suggestion is to add the votekick and voteban to the server and maby recruit more admins for the server so that it can be a fun hacker free server for everyone in OCE

punkbuster doesn't/has never worked on the server
