Title: ARK servers rates and cross hairs

The rates are too low to keep up with the lvl of dinos on the server maybe an increase in the xp rate and enabling the cross hair would be nice  :)

perhaps a persistent start can help you, there are a lot of tribes established with no big complaints. xp levels are pretty good really.
