Title: TeamFortress 2 Saxton Hale Delay

Yesterday I was playing on one of your Saxton Hale servers when 3 people delayed round end for about 5-10 minutes, I have video evidence and several people can back me up aswell.

soon, we will have measures in place to stop any delays. so there will be no bans set as yet.
