Link to trade chat when a guy was trying to lowball me like crazy on trade server 1, lieing about the prices of his items (further up he said the shogun was worth a key, its 4.66) then he goes on to say "SCAMMER" "REPORTED" and stuff... so yeah.
The name of the person is in the screenshot.

I wouldn't think a scammer report would hold its weight when you have a screenie.
Check steam rep etc and see if theres any issues.
