So seems that every now and then since 8.6 I get a really rough patch of packet loss and lag spikes.

My friend I play with doesn't seem to suffer at all, he's on slingshot, so is possibly something with the cable routing...

Who should I raise this with now Vodafone has taken over? Would be nice if there was someone with xp that I could email as i'm not rining up their terribad CSRs.

Does ingame ping seem to jump by around 100ms for 30 secs or so and then resolve itself ?

Have been seening issue on a TCL ADSL connection for the last week or so - but it's very intermitent.

When it happens it's usually for around an hour, seems to be around mid evening usually, but have seen it randomly all times.

It's packet loss, ping to the na west is normally 130~160 in game but during this time the connection light flashes green and red for the whole round and the ping jumps up around 100ms (250~350). It's not so much the ping that's the problem but the packet loss as it rubber bands, jerks, and lags.

Running tracert between a good time and a bad time shows crazy bad packet loss, and yet, my friend on slingshot is unaffected.
