What? that mod makes the thumbnails save as jpg instead of png
and you said you were having issues with jpg

so I'm just confused...

yeah we are...

Ie11 broke everything :('

our forum uses code to render the Jpg as PNG so IE11 tries to grab a PNG and render it even when its a jpeg thumbnail

so my thumbnail avatar and yours in IE do not render..  but somebody who uploaded a native png file like Retardo or a gif, Does render.

so IE11 parsing the attachment line in the html is messing up because it tries to parse a png not a jpeg.

badly explained will flesh it all out when i get home later

There is a known issue where internet explorer doesn't render avatars that were imported from <nowhere>

It's because of the header information that is part of the attachment, uploading the same image again fixes the issue

Because a) nobody uses IE, and b) it only affects old images so will eventually go away
I didn't look into it further.

I use IE exclusively.

But I have avatars turned off anyway.
