the people trying to pay at self service is amazing, I've seen a women try to scan her eftpos card with the barcode scanner, a guy once tried to feed the machine two 20's at the same time, and another guy started talking to it.
I have a picture on my phone somewhere of FOUR people at the pump in front of me trying to make sense of the self service device... they eventually gave up How hard is it to do what it says on the screen? that one even shows you with pictures on it's screen of what it wants you to do ffs..
