LOOKS EPIC pledging $100 dollars now it loks like what ED and SC should be.

Been following this for a long, long time (even designed a ship for it), they originally had a much larger scope for the game (i.e full procedurally generated galaxy etc), but has since been scaled down to a solar system (which is still very impressive).

Looks pretty cool.

Not played a space-sim. But they always look awesome. I might keep an eye on this, IF it has some sort of tutorial for those new to space-sims. The one thing that does put me off this genre is the massive grind the game can turn into and having your shit rekt by some rogue asshole.

Those ship models look bad-ass.

this is shaping up to be more fps in space wing commander style rather than ED which is just a mile wide but an inch deep grind and feels lonely
