Title: How do I Check How Long Ive Been On A Server?

Ive been on for a while and would like to know the exact date i came on and how long ive been on a server, E.G
Teamfortress2 Trade#2 server

If there is a section for questions i didnt know, this is my first time on this website please inform me of where it is also
