Definately one of the biggest failings of the PC version of BF3, I started on PS3 before moving over to PC and the VOIP on PS3 was about the only redeeming part of playing on that platform.
Comms makes a huge difference to this game, can be the difference when your on an average team...

Hopefully they get rid of suppression or at the very least nerf it down

Thanks Lead, i'll try and get some off the KC boys on here to endorse me.

I have a few ideas, the main one is the map rotation, In my opinion we need a server with a mix of maps and games modes from vanilla right through to the Endgame DLC or even a server with all maps with a votemap addon or even better with active admins in peak times to take a gauge on or even take charge of changing things up on request for those playing on server.
I am sick of Karg-caspian-firestorm rotation that a lot of servers are running. They like all the rest are good but variety is the spice of life so I hear ;p
As to your comment regarding BF3 on the decline I must disagree, from observing the server activity just lastnite there was upwards of 15-20 servers mainly aussie that were fully populated, more than half being 64 player.

Its getting the word out there, I can chuck a thread up over at GP in the Battlefield forum to hopefully spark some interest.

Also who do I talk to about possibly renting a server for our KC platoon? Do GetSome/vodafone do this?

Hey GetSome, I know i'm a noob to these forums, not much of a forum whore these days, I've been around awhile over at GP though(username : avarice*) Thought i'd throw my name in the ring anyway,

Have you any experience with admin? : Plenty of Admin experience with CS, Was an MGL Admin back in the day, was also an Admin at WCG National qualifiers LAN Event.

Why you should become an admin: I have relevant admin experience, online a fair bit

What qualities/skills you feel that you have and what can you do to help further improve GetSome: Maturity, Experience in the IT industry plenty of Admin experience

What are your strengths: Act my age not my shoe size :P

What are your weaknesses:  I R good at suppression

What is it that in your mind would make a great admin and why: I can be hard but fair, i'm online alot, I'd like to see these NZ based servers getting used more, I'm also in Kiwi Colonels so those guys can vouch for me
