I think I have figured out a reason not to change. I have TiVo, they haven't been able to meter us for over a year now. I call up occasionally to check, they admit they aren't checking my usage. So, my suspicions is that if I change plan, that'll enable them to meter my downloading. So, I'll wait u til they fix that before I switch.

Worth it if you do a lot of youtube as it allows a lower overall cap.

Add in unlimited data between 1am and 7am if you increase your cap above standard.

If they start to monitor you then when you reach 80/ of your cap they will send you an email letting you know you are approaching your limit.
That will be your warning so go for gold until you get the email.
