I am, indeed, doing the Firefighter Sky Tower Stair Challenge in support of the Leukemia & Blood Foundation of New Zealand, AGAIN! (What can I say, I'm a slow learner!)

The Firefighter Sky Tower Stair Challenge helps to raise funds for the Leukemia & Blood Foundation. (They get no government funding.)

For those of you in Auckland, this is going to happen on the 17th of May if any of ya'll want to catch up, take photos, bask in my glory etc.

(I am, as always, available to do public appearances and private appearances for selected ladies.)

But seriously, this is a great cause, please give any odds & sods money wise that you can afford. When you donate online you can now get a Tax Receipt e-mailed to you!

Hopefully this year I won't get ill and end up looking like some pale & clammy fish type creature!

Senior Fire Fighter Pitchey

Is anybody out there into developing websites and looking for a 12 month contract?

Must have: Good all-round communication ability, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery/JavaScript, PHP, SharePoint 2007/2010.

Also looking for: Photoshop and InDesign skills, graphic design experience, knowledge of NZ Government web standards, a tertiary-level qualification and/or equivalent industry experience.

They would need to be available: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Based at NZFS National HQ in Wellington.
