You used to be able to do this, they wont just give it to you anymore, unless you try trick the guy at the post office or whatever.
Last time i checked (around a month ago, when some guy hit my car, and drove off, when it was parked), you can get address. I think it costs a small amount, but you can still do it. Along with owners details.
Was thinking of getting my bike licence when i have the time, because i would love to get a bike (save some cash on petrol as well
