$149 fucking dollars to stream on shitty NZ broad band, are they fucking serious? I guess it means Sky will get the rights back again as I think this crowd are 10 years too early to be trying to launch this kind of technology and will quickly go bust.
My BB connection couldn't stream a blank screen in HD let alone attempt a football match in anything near watch-able. Torrents for me until Sky or some other serious outfit get the rights back
looking to top up our mortgage to get a few things done, checked with the Valuer who did the valuation when we bought and he wants full price to re-value the house. I think this is a bit steep seeing as it has only been 13 months since he last did it, apart from being a shit load tidier than it was, not a lot has changed since then except the Auckland prices
I know there are valuers out there who will give you a verbal report for approximately 50% so that you know whether or not to proceed applying to the bank, which is all we need. There is a minimum figure we need the value to be at and based on the opinion of real estate agents, we are way above this figure, unfortunately the banks (for some strange reason) don't accept real estate agent valuations
The house is on the North Shore in one of the desirable/popular suburbs. Valuer must be on the ANZ Bank approved list (apparently lots aren't)

i know many people that are young and are more mature then older players, and how is he supposed to get experience if no1 gives him a chance, also as for the community, well tell me when they have something of value to say in regards to the tf2 server, i would guess that 90% have never even been on it and of the 10% that have, it wasn't in the last 3 months

Thanks for the recommendation on this game, 3 days in, zero hackers, plenty of loot and new stuff and generally loving it! One question though, has anyone found a list of weapon stats for the new weapons? I would love to know the blood damage dealt by each weapon so I can decide what to store and what to keep on me.
