Breaking point is reminding me very much of the first few months of when I found DayZ Vanilla.

Incredibly long waiting for character data (although lately that's been good)

Updates every single bloody day

Intermittent 10fps periods.

Thanks for the recommendation on this game, 3 days in, zero hackers, plenty of loot and new stuff and generally loving it! One question though, has anyone found a list of weapon stats for the new weapons? I would love to know the blood damage dealt by each weapon so I can decide what to store and what to keep on me.

anyway,i normally check out teh weapon stats in the inventory and see what sort of magazine and rounds they use as a way of telling how much damage.....

also, im no genius but i've played breakingpoint long enough to say that i've not encountered any hacker...

GetSome has TS channel (http://www.getsome.co.nz/serverlist.php), there should be a general DayZ one but I hang out in a private clan channel. Look for s8 channel and you will find me.

If you get a chance, install DayZero in Dayz Commander.

better than breaking point I hear.

It is a 1.8 gig download though.

Installing now, don't have a problem with the size, more of a problem with dayz comm downloading via carrier pigeon.

dayzero website allowed me to download the 2gb file through utorrent in 20mins ish compared to the many hours i would have waited through dayz commander : )
i simply saved the @dayzero mod folder into the same directories where all mods would be stored and commander recognized that i've already downloaded the mod...

Actually took me about half a day to download, just left it going while I did what ever else.
