For some reason my 280x won't work in my PCIe 3.0 slot, so I have to put it in my 2.0 slot. Which is fine, except my motherboard can't fit in my case. So, am looking for a minor upgrade to a better mobo, but don't want to update chipset.

anyone have a spare lying around, flick me a PM.

Local PC Retailer/Wholesaler has some new z77 boards in stock. http://www.gli.co.nz/

I have a wholesale account with them if you want decent pricing and i will confirm stock etc if you like?

cheers mate, will check it out. I have RMAd the 280x which was causing me problems, as I was worried I would have the same problem. Hopefully I don't need to resort to buying a new mobo.

Well the 280x has passed. So now have gone back to the mobo supplier as I am still within warranty.
