I had to completely reinstall in the weekend due to full hard drive and once I free'd up some space, it wouldn't carry on.
The reason I haven't done anything to the server since you reported this sin, is because people are on the server. so i'm assuming its client side.

There has been an update to machine attacks ep1, this should solve the issue of bounding back to ep1. delete your ep1 map from your maps/downloads folders, rejoin the server or download the map and install it yourself: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/maps/177895

We have automated many processes.
Like I mentioned. Your post has not bought any attention to admins requiring to be in servers. Everyone had a life outside of gaming. They are not required to always be around and in game for plebs to complain and bitch to.

every now and then, when i jump into the server for a look, there is a crash report, waiting to be checked. if you cannot get in, there is a chance the server may just need restarted.

the freezing issue seems to be when someone connects with a different, better version of a mod. very weired. hope the new change will stop that.

Tonight I will be installing a mod update system that will run 3 times a day. I will make it run at different times to what the game updater runs at.
mod updates: 6am, 12pm, 6pm.
game updates: 5am
I know the 6pm time will be annoying, but this check will give allowance for anything released within the afternoon. If there are updates between 6pm and 6am, then there may need to be a check around midnight.

So it appears posting on forums gets some traction with communication. The lack of it via private messages really doesn't help.
We are all busy and I am sure a quick acknowledgement wouldn't take long and avoid people being left in the dark.
did i not get this private message or something??? edit: oh here it is, that's right, last weekend when i was pretty fucken wasted and too hung to do anything. then busy for a week leading up to my wedding which also turned out to be a 3 day bender.. this issue will be handled when i know what i need to do to fix it.
