Hang on. Did you make another ban appeal based on the same situation? Because like I said on the other topic that your ban has been changed to 1 week. Perhaps your ban hasn't expired?

So at rounds start or just after I entered the T room on the the minecraft map. I activated the tnt minecart which killed macka1238. Then while I had to attend to something non game related I went afk in a corner (see picture to note corner) where your friend macandcam threw an incend at me which killed me.
I however didn't rush to thinking you were metagamers as I just thought this a simple RDM. It was the similarities of your names that made me look into it. You can see in pictures below that I looked up who you were friends with (note I'm alive at this point so it's next round) and then checked the logs to re-confirm. It was at this point you were banned for metagaming as I simple don't allow people to do it once and not be punished. Other mods may warn but I will not.
I may consider an unban or an non permanent ban with a set time.

In regards to the reason. I had someone look into it due to there being no ban reason when the window would come up, I told this person to leave it as I wanted to go through proper channels.
So I'm too sure what the dealio is here but any information is much appreciated.

So the reason why you were slain this time was becasue you killed me after I hit a health station (don't remember how many time, defs below 5). This isn't a valid reason to KOS, instead you can only say or using your tab menu place a suspicious marker on me. This rule goes for on the map 67th Way where if someone breaks the tester they can't be killed, only be made suspicious.
Rule 1 - "only detectives can give orders, Disobeying allows the detectives to hurt (but not instakill) as a warning". Yes you said not to break the tester but you said so then killed me....
The second half of the report about me hitting you in the face I didn't have a hand in. Someone else hit you and you called the KOS on me (you were a detective so you are ultimantly responsible for the kos seeing as non detective KOS aren't valid). I can't prove you said it as you called the kos over mic. You may not have killed me but the other detective ("sunj" something) did.

1) false reporting will get you slain. This is displayed on all the report boxes.
2) your report was false
3) your anger towards me over the slay is what got you kick and not to mention that you were protesting a slay which was the result of false reporting...

Hey fudge, so as you would've know by now that your ban has expired. As to why I gave you a 12 hour ban is because I was having a couple of crappy rounds prior to your ban. Being RDM'd one to many times while doing the rounds reports and then being RDM'd by you just tipped me over the edge. I lost my cool and I'd say I took it out on you. I'd like to say sorry for this.

As mod I deal with abuse of all types from a large community of players. You smexy constantly spam admin chat / mic, crying about how you have been slain, being rude to other players and myself and getting pissy when someone who killed you wasn't slain for reasons such as: you damaged them first and you died, you were holding a traitor item that you picked up.... I've got news for you. If you wish to be treated fairly and with respect then how about you treat other players and me with some to. Honestly I've meet some rude people but you...... If you don't like how things are then yes feel free to post said demo, just keep in mind that you'll be revealed too.
I've no doubt that this can be backed up by Top Geary seeing as we play online at the same time regularly
