Yeah that was right, I think I met Jonty that night as well  I still see how him now and then, he works with another good mate of mine.  Last time I saw Jonty was at the Nine inch nails concert. His beard is fucking massive now

is this the same night (i have heard) a Cheesburger was thrown and went through somebody's top case fan, which prompted most people to not have bases with top fans without grills.

IM not sure, many things happend that night. Back in the day I went to most of my LANS high as snoop dogg, so I dont remember them as much as I want to

Shit..I thought everybody in here was dead. Especially Valvinite.

No not dead. Just doing other stuff. Turns out I'm. Pretty good at weightlifting. So that's taken up a bit of time.  Oh and living in Queenstown a few years back had me working everyday and night and playing lots of borderlands 2. But I'm gaming a little more Now.  And me and fairy still chat often

thats right no one whispers sweet nothings into my vijayjay like the mighty Valv ;)

Does that make him Vulvanite?

and clitanite too.

Cheers Growler. Glad your mates all good now. Ive just had my story published for the NZ blood service in the hop that it gets others to donate.

Holy moly. I actually got a custom title. Now I feel like I never left!

Hey growler. Moved back to Chch after two years in Queesntown after the quakes. Currently not working as I have a total of three surgeries to go through.

Without making a long winded story, heres whats ive had done so far. First surgery was in October

http://www.webmd.com/colorectal-cancer/laparascopic-total-abdominal-colectomy

Ive just come out of hospital three weeks ago after this surgery
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lower_anterior_resection

I have had a new Colon made called a J pouch, and a New rectum made

Finally I have one more surgery in about 2 months, which will join all my new pipes back up.  Its been a rough 6-7 months, But thats what ive been doing since September last year.  But before that I was pretty sick for the begining of 2014.

If there is blood in your poo. Get it checked. No I dont have Cancer, Just ulcerative Colitis.

I took one of those dumps earlier today where you feel your entire gut deflate after you've dropped the hammer.

So satisfying.

Thank yourself lucky you can use your anus to poo. I have to go in a bag..  Its never going to get fun.

Also I feel I need a custom title. something along the lines of ZUUUNE

Not from What I've seen. It's tight like two coats of paint.

Hey shiek. I got the same email. and here I am. Lucky for you guys I have a recent pic

and yes thats a womans headband and singlet. It was a fluro theme a couple of Saturdays ago. I was forced to wear it, however I do like what the headband does to my hair

12
I sure did Monkey. Hence why Im here. Was it a ploy to get old forum Vets like myself and Rexxy back on>?  Cause it worked.

Havent done any real recent gaming since I started Crossfit 2 years ago. Which led on to competitive weightlifting  and me making National champs in October last year.  Sadly I couldnt go as I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and had most of my Sigmoid colon removed. I now have to poo into a Iliostomy bag until it can all be fixed in May

13
Oh hai.  Still chch resident. Still gaming. Mainly Dayz at the moment

I tend to agree with most people when they say the human race is getting a little dumb. But using the 90's as a benchmark for what was good?

The 90's was an experimental phase, we had no idea what the $#@! we were doing, we had just come out of the 80's where we had a pretty specific identity (as a people).

70's was all about the free love, colourful dress, bell bottom jeans and experimenting with drugs, 80's was about hair, rock and more drugs, then the 90's hit and we didn't find anything to stick to, we changed from phase to phase.

The 00's seem to be about minimalism and modernism.

I meant only really in terms of meaningful songwriting and music

All this says to me is that modern day masses will take any beat and call it a hit just because it has sweet dance moves.  HUmankind has become stupider over the course of hundreds of years.  That movie Idiocy?  Is becoming more  and more of a future reality

I miss 90's songwriting and music more than ever now

5 x over head press at 50kg
10 x Deadlift at 50kg
15 x boxjumps at 24"

I watched the two world champs do it this afternoon. They finished with rep totals of like 361.

Oh fucking good on him! Yeah it was a tough workout so to be ranked that well is very impressive. I only managed to get three lifts at 60kg that the judge counted. After 60 burpees and 30 snatches at 35kg I didnt have much left. But im told me lifting 60kg with the rest of the big boys was an impressive effort considering most of the competitiors have been training for the past year and a bit and myself only 2 months.

Havent heard of your mate. where does he train? In oz or Nz?

Edit, I just checked his profile, Dammit hes impressive. 190 total reps for the first workout. 2nd in Australasia!  Tell him I said keep up the hard work. Thats awsome of him!

Sports / Fitness / Crossfit Open Games 2013
« on: March 11, 2013, 10:42:10 am »
I am currently competing in this. Me and 120,000 others worldwide., The workout is released on the crossfit website on thursday our time and we then rock on down to the gym on Saturday to compete.

This years first wod was a shock to us all. A killer workout that left a lot of us by the wayside.

40 Burpees
30 snatches at 35kg
30 burpees
30 snatches at 60kg
30 burpees
30 snatches at 75kg
20 burpees
As many snatches as you can at 95kg in the remaining time

This was a 17 min workout and was very tough. Especially for me who had only been oly lifting for the last 2 months. Snatching is a huge full body movement and getting 60kg above your head to lockout was incredibally difficult.  I was glad I had plenty of people by the sideline to yell and scream at me when I thought all was lost.

Heres a few pics of myself and the event.  Ill let you guess which one I am

Hahaha very funny. Gas is 91. Costs about $140 to completley fill. Have only filled it 3 or 4 times. I ahve a sweet deal with a mate and petrol. I fill my car using his companys Fuel card. I pay him $1 per litre instead of $2.20. He has a baby on the way in the next week or so, so he needs all the cash he can get

Hahah yeah I only bought this one for 2k. I saw it in a car sale yard for 6. so might try sell it for 4 and see what I can get. Ive always wanted a Toyota corolla station wagon. I really dont need a 6 cyl V6 anyway.  Although it does sound beastly when i rev it. However its probably the sound of it drinking all my petrol
