Theyre "testing" full install fibre as offically part of the roll out on about 100 customers atm in CHCH. Im not including the new sub divisions builds happening now with area contracted wholesellers. Thats another set of politics all together.

I can get vdsl, but why bother when fibre is within a stones throw at the moment :3 Not in the bigger area of CHCH its not, the newer subs yes but youre locked down with only one company. Example; some new subdivisions in Rolleston, World exchange have "the rights" there, doesnt matter if you want to be their customer or not, you want phone service (let alone internet) you go with them. Aucklands CBD and surrounding first.
