Its Fake. But full credit to making it.  
There is a glitch in the xbox platform that makes the character stand odd, and the mod they are playing on is "cage mod", or something like that where you can only kill with a headshot or knifing.

This is made by the same kid.  I think he's 15?  Incredible work for a kid his age!

Only problem is it's too dark and you cant get the full grasp of it.  All the same, wicked work!
