We got a new Holden Series II Omega at work just last week, nice, navman fitted as standard by the looks. Handles a bit better than the series I but whoever designed the heater/aircon controls wants a slap upside the head!

I went off holdens after the VX, just fromt eh little design things like that, having said that theyre still quite nice to drive....

I left mine on the side of the Road - it is dead in the water, has petrol, has battery but engine stopped ticking over while I was driving.

Either Spark plugs, Engine management thingy, Timing belt or Black Magic Hex.

FUCK!

Er, You do know that anyone posting here will more than likely be running 95 or 98 Octane. This being priced at $2.30 a Litre, even my wife's S2000 (2.0 Litre manual, 45 Litre Tank) costs a tonne to fill.

Our Run-Around Levin cost 120 ish to fill on 95 last week and don't get me started on my GTT :(

My Skyline has a 65 Litre tank

$1/liter? Really? Surely those things must have at least an 80 liter tank?

Fucking loved owning a 250cc motorbike. Use to cost $20 to fill and that'd last about 200-300km's.

Was at the Beach Hop over the weekend - would hate to think how much petrol those guys went through, the fumes in the air and the noise was epic

A mate of mines old man used to build replica Jaguar C-Types - 8mpg on the open road, 2Mpg on the track - 40 Gallon tank (180L @ $2.25 = $405 to fill).

Was bloody noisy, you could hear Les coming around the Blockhouse Bay round about from the club rooms at the Titirangi Golf course.

Oil/Filter change, new front/rear brake pads and tightened up the handbrake cable. Also changed a dead bulb.

Also put 98 in, laughed hysterically at how the 4AGE thinks 98 is some sort of rocket fuel.
