What about complaining to your credit card company? 1) If EA are saying there has been a charge back, then you complain to the bank/CC company for running a chargeback without your authority. 2) If they come back and say there hasn't been a charge back, then show them the correspondence with EA and demand that either (a) they contact EA and sort it out or (b) they actually do run a chargeback to get your money back, as you've paid EA and they haven't supplied the service/good.
F19 Stealth Fighter was the shizzle. Take off, fly as low and slow as you can (just above stall speed), staying at right angles to the doppler shift radars, while going straight on to the pulse radars, take photos of the target, fly all the way back doing the same thing.
Its possibly because I had thursday and friday off and have been listening on the radio as I work outside, but I think that was one of the best tests I've watched/listened to.
I've been using a new editor to complete the cards for the New Zealand Politics: CCG and when looking for information about Same Sex Marriages, ran into exactly why Same Sex Marriages were never illegal in New Zealand
Here is a link to an older version of the law, notably Part 1 - Preliminary - Section 2 - Intepretation http://www.legislation.govt.nz/act/public/1955/0092/4.0/DLM292034.html Notice that the word "Marriage" is not defined. BUT the law does contain all of the people who CANNOT get married e.g minors, people in a consanguineous relationship, non-humans, etc
The August 19 2013 amendment simply adds one line: "marriage means the union of 2 people, regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity"
Hopefully they increase that number one day
I have to disagree Tiwaking. The Court of Appeal, in a 1997 decision called Quilter v the Attorney-General, ruled that the term 'Marriage' meant one man and one women, essentially on the basis that when Parliament passed the Marriage Act in 1955, that is what the term would have meant. That is what the 2013 amendment, in effect, overturned.
The thing that got me was that taking batteries for all my devices on the plane was fine, so long as none of the devices also had a SPARE battery.
I was all o.0 uderp -.-
Batteries in the device are unlikely to be accidentally shorted - eg they are only a fire risk if the device fails, which is unlikely. Spare batteries on the other hand are a real risk if not properly stored. A battery chucked in a suitcase pocket, there happens to be a leftover coin or paperclip in there, and 1/2 way through the flight it connects = fire.
My understanding was that you can't pack spares in your checked in luggage, but you can take them with you in the cabin, because if it caught fire in the overhead locker or under your seat it would be noticed very quickly, and relatively easy to extinguish, compared with the cargo hold.
Groundhog Day or Groundhog's Day is a holiday celebrated in New York and Pennsylvania on February 2. In weather lore, if a groundhog, also known as a woodchuck, marmot or ground squirrel, emerges from its burrow on this day and fails to see its shadow because the weather is cloudy, winter will soon end. If the groundhog sees its shadow, it will return into its burrow, and the winter will continue for 6 more weeks.
During the QA process, we identified an installation issue in AMD Catalyst 14.1 that renders it unsuitable for distribution for testing in your labs. We are testing a new build overnight and will update you on its status by mid-afternoon Eastern Standard Time on January 31. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience and understanding.
When will the centre open? Nadella wouldn’t commit to a specific date. “There is no specific date set as yet. We have to announce our intent and then the projects get on the way.” With that said, it’s likely to be before the end of 2014: “Historically, within 12-18 months of an announcement we’ve been in that geography.”
