Title: making admins know that a regular hacker keeps joining the battlefield 3 server

there is a user called Littl1eKid constantly joining the GetSome.co.nz | 24/7 NOSHAHR | 200% Tick battlefield 3 server that used an instakill aimbot if you join the server right now leavs she server just before the match ends and then rejoins just after the match starts just want to let the admins know this is happning and we want him added to the banned users list

Yes this particular server is a popular one for cheaters to join. The best way is to apparently tell judge and frog that are on teamspeak most of the time. And add the admins to your friends list on Origin if you are a regular, that's your best bet if you need to contact them.
