After discussion with the Ark server admins it has been decided the ban will not be removed.
If you keep the attitude towards admins that was shown tonight you may be removed from TF2 as well.

We have people who have been silenced 50+ times for lenny faces (They get a special long silence), warnings don't go noticed.
The rules can be loaded in game without kicking you out as well.

NO Links of any form in your name, global or team chat, this applies to advertising other servers and websites. "oops" is not an excuse. If you have been warned before, and do it again, you may be kicked/banned with no warnings.
Remove it from your name and rejoin and you won't be autokicked.

I guess no real reason for any of them, you are lucky you got away with a silence after the previous ban which was for 1 week. Disrespecting admins and a 3rd ban might have resulted in that being a perm ban.

I have looked at what logs I can find and spoken with the other player involved. All sides in this to me seem to have said things to each other so you are all just as guilty.
