seen that earlier, it gets me that they couldn't find a lock on a door...
it should not be a car sales persons job to tell them how to operate a vehicle.. read the manual..

what i don't understand is how they nearly died?
were they running out of air, hypothermia or what it doesn't compute cars are not hermetically sealed or you would suffocate just driving them.

Probably, they seam to be pretty good at forgetting things.

It's a hatchback, can't they just open the boot and get out that way?

I suspect that the reason they were struggling to breath was hyperventilation/panic from being trapped in a car for several hours as opposed to the car being air tight
