So I get like 220 ping to my VPS in AUS but my mates on ISP's other than Telstra get 80... Can someone please explain why Telstra is broken? here's a Trace Route of the issue...

what are your local pings like?

100% Fine and I get like 180 to the States...

Also getting higher pings to aus...around 190 or so. National latency is fine. We are currently with fyx.

It's being routed via Hong Kong.. Those IP's in step 7/8 geolocate to Hong Kong.
