Strong vpn service (http://www.bestvpnservice.com) is great!!! I love the fact that I can use it on all of my devices. Living in Canada I was unable to get Pandora radio, now I can get it everywhere. My computer, my ipad my iphone and even in my car. Love it!!!

Depends what you want it for.

For Netflix, Hulu etc i've started using http://www.unblock-us.com/ just requires a DNS change on the device (apple tv, PS3, etc). Works pretty well since its not a shared VPN service.
