looking for a flatmate to replace someone who is moving out of my place next month,

It's with myself, Benji & vealo. this could be seen as a plus or a minus :P


it's a nice place very central to every thing, and is well kitted out for a gamer/computer nerd.

I wouldn't mind, but unfortunately I have a place, and a job, in Christchurch.

Good luck finding a suitable person who both seems good and actually turns out to be good (not a fuckwit) after 2 months.

rent is $195 a week (not inc expenses), buy own food etc. only need to bring your own bedroom stuff.
room available by the middle of may, but may be able to negotiate something sooner if need be. depends what you need.
I've seen worse flats for more in the CBD, it's definitely good value IMO

it's a nice new place, warm over winter, with an internal deck and it's very secure (door codes etc), we've got all you can eat internet outside of business hours.. we all work full time as well....with various hours)
