I highly recommend these to you guys, got some for my phone a 2 year old Samsung S3 and my g/f's new S5 and her old iPhone 4... damn they are good and super easy to install!

Seems like a good idea, but I'm skeptical.
How does the touch screen still work?
Have you tried hitting it with a hammer yet?
How would it work with a slower more angled pressure rather than sharp flat spread hit?
Say like an arse sitting on in a couch rather than a hammer hitting it square on a flat bench?
