Angels can shape shift (and Satan is an Angel, just one Jesus was totes Jelly of). So if he doesn't have nuts then he could easily give him self some.

A bit of Googling says that Angels were never meant to do mean hoons on Earth babes so you're lead to believe that they'd have no use for a wanger and if you're trusting in God's decision making, he'd not bother giving meat swords to Angels.

But Satan was just a story to get people in to the church where attendees are forced to give money to a bunch of old dudes who rape kids and spend money on lavish things.
