Not entirely sure Arsenal had much to do with that one! At least we looked better, attacking wise.

Then of course, RvP scores the winner in the Manchester Derby. Fuck me, what a player. Ughhhhhhh.

Manchester Derby, jeez United are such BS. Rooney scuffed both his shots and still scored. 10 points clear of us, can't see them having a ridiculous wobble any time soon and us winning all our games either.

In other news Falcao, 5 against Deportivo....Fuck I hope we get him in Jan...

!

you mean you gave away a pen which wasn’t a pen, got given a pen which wasn’t and then got another pen after your player made the first foul.

Should have been 1-0 to WBA!

Must be a pretty bloody good time to be a Bradford player/ fan. Although I feel they may be feeling a little hung over after the celebrations.

Arsenal are so bad. It's bizarre to think they're only 2 points off the fabled 4th place trophy.

yea much longer for mere mortals, but 6 months is realistic if you're a young pro football player at a wealthy club with state of the art medical facility and 24/7 physios.
My mate did his ACL from a really bad challenge studs up into the side of his knee (even scored the resulting penalty before he realised he'd done it then collapsed shortly after). 2 days after the op he fell over on a wet floor in burger king and tore his weakened patella tendon (the same tendon they grafted for the ACL repair) so it's gonna be much much longer for that guy that's for sure 6 weeks before he can even start to rehab the ACL now...

Didn't even get a free Whopper meal either...cnuts!

So many people have done that. It makes no sense. You knew we were playing Reading. Reading are so bad.

In other news, that was fun - kicking the shit out of someone so obligating. Next up, Wigan!

Yea I know but it needed a massive shift in funds/points to get him in there and RVP was always going remain Captain anyway.

Pretty obvious we're in for a striker but we're probably not going to get Villa or Falcao (yet). Falcao wants to see the season out (or he just doesn't want Chelsea, which is just as likely). David Villa won't be released on loan by Barca because being Barca they don't need to do anything they don't want to. So unless we offer a ridiculous amount of money well beyond what he's worth as per norm I can't see it. Some strikers just don't come back well from broken legs either so as an interim fix it's an odd one, but not one I'd be opposed to trying though.

Negredo maybe, but seeing as most areas of the press link us with everyone who knows.

Canal+ linked us with Bafetimbi Gomis of Lyon, a striker having a ridiculous bit of form at the moment. Same age as Falcao but wouldn't cost us anything like us much either not that Lyon have any reason to sell him (and would be mad to) and as he's under a long contract so he doesn't have any leverage there.

Anyway if we're looking in Ligue one, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang might make more sense.

Shame really as Sturridge just needed football, think he'll do well at Liverpool (especially next to a card carrying racist like Suarez, at least at Chelsea he was a whole pitch length away from JT :)).

Another great Chelsea performance this morning...not!

Leaving Hazard and Mata on the bench was a huge mistake and playing CDMs as attack? NO DEAL!
RAFA OUT!
Nelsen was the rock on D for QPR today, that man has a heart of a lion.

Bye Bye Sturridge, hope he does well for Liverpool - great player just wasnt listened too. Bit hard when the team is built around Torres.

Has Rafa been sacked yet?

Also good news for Sturridge, hopefully he can do well at Liverpool and move onto a bigger club in the near future.

Wishful thinking on your part I think..... The owner and the manager don't want to sell him and nobody would offer anywhere near what Roman would accept. Who knows, end of the season might be different but I can't see it happening during this window.

Looks like we have secured Ince back from Blackpool:)
