My car probably uses more than your dads XR6. I can go through over 70 liters a fortnight.
That is intense. Funny thing is it puts out the same amount of power xD

200hp from both. His car is a non turbed stock R34 which puts out 200hp, my dads Falcon is a stock non turbed XR6 which also puts out 200hp. Meanwhile the stock Supra non turbed Supra I'm getting sometime in the near future puts out 222hp. . . so. . . bust

Oh whoops, misread, thought you meant 170bhp.

But anyway, XR6s were introduced in the early 90s making very close to 220bhp, and they haven't since made them with less power, so I don't really know where you're getting your facts from.

Also, a tip: Saying 'non turbed' three times in a post makes you sound like a bit of a douche, try N/A :P

Meh haha, I'm getting the fact from the ford site. And I'm well aware my Capella won't have more power than an R34 xD

I've not before seen a car manufacturer that lists their vehicles fuel economy by litres per fortnight.

Fark man I hardly use 20L of fuel a fortnight, my car is way more economical than yours.

Yeah VR4s are well known for their economy, but sometimes it seems to mess up when I go to Wellington and I end up using 250L/ fortnight. Real strange, I'm thinking of taking it in to get it looked at.

40L/fortnight is pretty bad, when were your turbos last regassed?

Obviously your car is gaining power when you drive to Wellington, perhaps because of the denser air?

So Acid, since you obviously dont understand what we're getting at, how about giving us an actual indication of your fuel usage?

I'm generally a bit heavy footed, so I think have been only getting around 13L/100km.
