Guys we need to consider the genetic diversity of the thread population. We're down to a single breeding pair of threads and Mom and Pa both look decidedly like that rascal Tiwaking.
As you can see, I've grown a genetically unique thread in the lab. I'll send it forth now, into the dense New Zealand wilderness.
Hark, it's throaty mating call.

If you ever wondered what Team Fortress 3 would look like visit www.playoverwatch.com/Blizzard has made a Class Based shooter that looks not-shit. It was initially alpha'd exclusively in New Zealand iirc. Videos look fun. If you have Blizzard Launcher the Overwatch button may change from "Learn More" to "Install" sometime soon. They're Authing North American accounts in waves, but NZ account may be included in that. I don't bloody know. Check it out, I think it will be fun.

Follow this link and make an account. When you're registering use the referral code: STAR-Q4BD-Q9Q9 This isn't mine, it's a referral from a youtuber, but it'll get you 5000 in game credits. Once you're registered and authenticated go to the link above and at the top of the page click the "Have a Citizen Con Code?" bar. The code is: CITCONFLIGHT2K15 Should let you fly free until the 25th, so a little over a week. The installer told me I don't have a ship, but the video I saw said that all ships will be available for free for this test. So either that or maybe you can buy one with the credits. Download is 30GB. I'll give you guys a heads up on the ship situation when it's installed. Pretty stoked. Off to mow lawns.

Which is nothing if you've got your mortgage or power company accruing flybuys.
Still probably not worth it...

If you like Unix and think you have assburgers then boy have I got the show for you!
Most of you would have heard about this by now, but if not, Mr. Robot is a series about a vigilante hacker who is painfully awkward around girls by day and takes down evil corporations by night. It's pretty good because they try to keep the "hacking" itself fairly realistic. Bad USBs, social engineering etc. There is the occasional moment where you'll roll your eyes into the back of your skull though.

I’ve just re-installed BF4 to give it another shot. I only had the first DLC so I bought Dragons Teeth because I figured that’s what people will be playing. I need to sneak the rest of the map packs past the wife so what’s good? Should I get Naval Assault next? Is “Titan Mode” shit?
For the record I’ve been playing a bit of Bad Company 2 also, and geez that game has aged well. Still quite a few active servers to be found.

Sort of. Not really. Just tried to play Minecraft with the kids on the Xbox (shudder) and it black screened. Deleted and re-downloaded the game. Blackscreen. Tried to run game discs and same system hanging black screen. Tears were shed and dicks were ripped right off at the prospect of being Xboxless. Then I did a quick search for solutions. GG Microsoft, thanks for getting me out of non-keyboard minecraft. Xbox One may be back up, I don't know, I'm not wealthy.

I'm a fan of found footage movies and so happened upon this thread on le reddit yesterday. One of the few I hadn't seen was Devils Pass so I rented it on a whim. Good movie that didn't cop out on the ending. It's a liiiiiiitle bit like The Frankenstein Theory, except the end is much stronger. Check them both out. The only one's I haven't seen on the thread posted above are the original Spanish REC and Troll Hunter. I think Troll Hunter may be next, but I'd love to hear of any others you guys enjoyed. Have a free found footage movie: The Tunnel

From Xbox.comAnd PolygonSill an expensive buy, but puts it in reach for many more I'd assume. With E3 on the way we've just seen an entire year of back-pedaling. I'm pretty happy about this.

Do you guys have a plan to bring new people in? Is this an issue or concern for you, or are you confident that the Get Some ranks will swell over the coming months?

If you're like my next door neighbor, finding new movies to watch is a pain because you've legitimately purchased them all. Check out Europa report. It is a science fiction / found-footage / documentary film about Earths first manned mission to one of Jupiter's moons. Production values are pretty good, the slow tension is great and you can't predict what is going to happen which is always nice. IMDB gave it 6.5 and Rotten Tomatoes Gave it 79%Plus is has that sneaky prawn Sharlto Copley playing a loveable American engineer. He just pulls it off. Just.

Might just be me, but whether I write the BBCode or use the editor buttons I'm not seeing italics or bold text, even though the tags aren't displayed.
No big deal, just FYI
