Still on 10.6.7, haven't had time to run an update, maybe I'll let it go over night. Adobe Suite keeps up and crashing out of thin air. Applied an Adobe update this morning so hopefully it settles things.

Same here. One of ours has been into the vet for 3 separate issues over the past month. First time the idiot tried climbing a 6FT fence and busted her back leg, lucky she didn't pop her patella. Then she got a bit scrappy with the other dog and damaged her dew claw which needed the nail to be pulled, lucky she didn't need the claw removed in entirely. Then she went and got a bloody grass seed embedded in her elbow, well what my non-vet eyes believes to be an elbow anyway. Her constant licking infected it and needed surgery.

Now she lives with an elizabethan collar.

Sometimes I wonder how some animals (including humans) lasted long enough to evolve into what they are today.

if you run 3rd party USB devices, dont use auto update, get the 'combo' update from the apple www (about 460mb iirc)

Re dog. Mast Cell Tumor removed on Thursday (the think level 2 but awaiting final tests), took about a grapefruit sized chunk from his ass, which of course on a dog is a high stress area, checkup Sunday all going well, monday midday it started to go rotten, surgery 4pm yesterday to clean it up removed a hunk of skin, surgery again today to clean and insert a drain so we can administer local directly to the area to give him a bit of comfort and be able to relax in a drug induced cuckoo land for a while, while it heals.

In other news, I ventured away from Minecraft for half an hour - to Starcraft 2, and since I am a complete noob at SC, I 'cheesed'/ rushed some bloke in a PVT game - completely demolished him and then he started abusing me over the chat system. Death threats and all.
